Plans & Pricing
Yes. You can change plans at any point. Scaling up takes effect immediately. Adjustments to billing are applied to the next billing cycle. For Enterprise custom configurations, contact the team to adjust your resource profile.
No setup fees. The prices shown on the Pricing page represent what you pay. SSL certificates, backups, and monitoring are included in all plans. Enterprise pricing is discussed openly and scoped before anything is committed.
Starter and Professional plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Enterprise plans are custom-scoped and agreed upfront, giving you clarity on both deliverables and billing terms before you begin.
Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each workload runs in a network-isolated environment. SSL certificates are provisioned automatically. Backups are stored separately with integrity checks and can be restored on request.
Yes. Access control is available so you can define team roles and restrict what each member can view, modify, or deploy. For Enterprise clients, custom access policies and audit logging are available as part of the infrastructure scope.
Technical
Yes. Custom domain attachment is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. SSL certificates are provisioned automatically for all custom domains — no manual configuration required. Starter plan includes one primary domain with SSL.
Common application stacks including Node.js, Python, PHP, Go, and containerized workloads via Docker are supported. Static sites, databases, and background workers can be deployed alongside primary applications within the same environment.
Yes. Migrations from other providers including shared hosting, VPS platforms, and other cloud providers are supported. For complex migrations, the Enterprise onboarding path includes architecture review and step-by-step transition guidance to minimize downtime.
Support
Starter includes email support with standard response times. Professional includes priority queue access and faster response for production issues. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager, direct escalation paths, and custom SLA terms for response and resolution times.
